Site Menager
Your responsibilities:
- Day-to-day execution of commissioned tasks;
- Controlling the execution of works in terms of timeliness and quality of execution, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Coordinating logistical processes within the construction site;
- Conducting analysis of the schedule and progress of the works performed;
- Coordinating the process of proper circulation of documentation;
- Reporting on the progress of the work.
Our requirements:
- Higher education in the field – Construction;
- Experience in working as a construction manager;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Accuracy, conscientiousness and good organization of work;
- Responsibility and independence of action;
- Willingness to expand knowledge, commitment, creative thinking, availability;
- Driving license cat B;
- Knowledge of Swedish and Polish would be an additional advantage.
